First, we’ll start with a free discovery coffee chat to understand where you are and what’s needed now.
If it’s a match, you’ll get a fixed number of design/strategy days per week where I step in to work on your highest-impact priorities. I usually find that a 1-2 month engagement works best to start.
The first week, we’ll look at your current strategic opportunities, what we can easily create to test out your ideas as quickly as possible, and get going on delivering quick wins.
We’ll work in weekly cycles, using product experiments to focus your efforts where they’ll matter most.
